Vantage Speed is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Proton Outlet Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our Proton outlet sales in Bali. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the daily operations of Proton outlets in Bali.,Develop and implement sales strategies to increase outlet performance and profitability.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and other stakeholders.,Monitor sales targets and KPIs, and provide regular reports to senior management.,Train and develop sales teams to ensure they meet and exceed performance targets.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales management, preferably in the Proton brand.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.,Knowledge of the Indonesian automotive market is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is required.
