📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain company vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and safe for use.
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely delivery and pickup of goods.
• Manage and update dispatch schedules using software like SAP or similar logistics management systems.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent customer service.
• Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance schedules.
• Conduct regular safety checks and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of logistics strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in logistics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
• Valid driver's license for light and medium vehicles.
• Knowledge of logistics management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Familiarity with the Indonesian road network and traffic regulations.
• Ability to speak and understand Indonesian, both written and spoken.
