This role is perfect for someone with 2-4 years of experience in sales, particularly in the pawnshop or retail industry. You'll need a strong understanding of local market trends and a passion for building strong client relationships.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit and engage with pawnshops to understand their business needs and challenges.
• Provide tailored solutions and recommendations to maximize business potential.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and support.
• Use Salesforce to track client interactions, sales, and follow-ups.
• Utilize Google Workspace for communication, collaboration, and document management.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the pawnshop industry.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to stay updated on best practices and new products.
• Report on sales performance and provide insights to the sales team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the pawnshop or retail industry.
