📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the development and implementation of organizational strategies and programs to enhance employee engagement and performance.,Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services.,Coordinate with various stakeholders to align HR initiatives with business objectives and drive organizational change.,Manage and optimize HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws, regulations, and best practices.,Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR and organizational development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and organizational development, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.,Proven track record of successfully implementing HR strategies and programs.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR technologies.
