📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Identify training needs and design effective learning solutions.,Facilitate workshops, seminars, and coaching sessions to enhance employee performance.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to integrate learning and development initiatives into business operations.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems and other relevant software.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
