Sky Crystal Nusantara is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and a passion for helping others. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our company's growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Facilitate communication between employees and management, addressing any concerns or issues that arise.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.,Support the HR department in administrative tasks, such as data entry and document management.,Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices, and provide recommendations for improvement.,Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
