Berkah Indra Bakery is seeking a talented Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling regular maintenance and repairs.,Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including fuel management, driver assignments, and route planning.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies related to vehicle use.,Monitor vehicle performance and efficiency, and implement strategies to improve these metrics.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and incidents.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Excellent organizational and time-management skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
