📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Conduct job analysis and create accurate job descriptions and profiles.,Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.,Schedule and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual, to assess candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure the right candidates are selected.,Maintain a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in the recruitment process.,Provide feedback to candidates and keep them informed about the status of their application.,Analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Proven success in hiring top talent for various roles and industries.,Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools such as ATS (Applicant Tracking System).,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
