📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and welcome guests to the restaurant.,Provide information about the restaurant's services and amenities.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.,Manage reservations and table assignments.,Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Assist with event planning and coordination.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with basic computer software and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
