📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors.,Manage the clinic's front desk, including scheduling appointments and answering inquiries.,Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.,Support the clinic's marketing efforts by promoting our services and products.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace.,Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.,Support the team during peak hours and special events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with dental clinic operations is a plus.,Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
