📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Identify training needs and develop strategies to address them,Create and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars,Conduct needs assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs,Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure training programs meet their needs,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field,Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies and tools,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus
