📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily cashier operations and ensure all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.,Train and supervise cashier staff to maintain high service standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.,Monitor cash handling procedures to prevent losses and ensure compliance with company policies.,Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and financial records.,Assist in inventory management by ensuring stock levels are maintained and restocking is done as needed.,Support the store manager in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.,Promote a positive and professional work environment for both staff and customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in cashier or retail management roles.,Proven leadership and team management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using cash register and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of inventory management and basic accounting principles.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
