Warung Krisna Bakery is seeking a dedicated Internal Auditor to join our team. This is an immediate opening, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our operations. As an Internal Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulations, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting the management in making informed decisions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.,Reviewing financial records, policies, and procedures to identify any discrepancies or areas for improvement.,Preparing audit reports and recommendations for management based on the findings of the audits.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control systems and processes.,Collaborating with department heads and employees to understand business processes and identify potential risks.,Ensuring that all audits are conducted in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.,Providing training and guidance to staff on internal control procedures and compliance requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role in a financial or compliance environment.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control systems.,Proficiency in using accounting software and data analysis tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.,Attention to detail and the ability to analyze complex information and present findings clearly.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and standards is a plus.
