📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company values and industry best practices.
• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
• Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and training programs.
• Conduct regular HR audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Support the management team in workforce planning and succession planning.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that reflects our commitment to diversity and sustainability.
• Assist in the development and implementation of employee benefits and compensation programs.
• Stay updated on HR trends and best practices, and share insights with the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proficient in using HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and payroll processing.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
