📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records and documents.,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.,Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.,Support the HR manager in other HR-related tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Familiarity with basic data analysis and reporting.
