📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor store performance and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Resolve operational issues and provide on-site support to ensure smooth store operations.
• Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Train and mentor store staff to ensure they are well-equipped to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of store activities and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the regional manager and other team members to develop and implement store improvement initiatives.
• Ensure that all stores are well-stocked and that inventory levels are optimized to meet customer demand.
• Promote and upsell products to customers, enhancing the overall shopping experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the retail or consumer products industry.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, store layout, and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse team.
• Proactive and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with retail management software, such as SAP or Oracle, is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as the role requires frequent travel between stores.
