📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage and coordinate camp activities, including scheduling, staffing, and logistics.,Ensure the safety and well-being of campers and staff.,Develop and implement operational plans and budgets.,Monitor and report on operational performance and make recommendations for improvement.,Manage vendor relationships and ensure the quality of services provided.,Handle any operational issues or emergencies that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the hospitality or outdoor recreation industry.,Strong knowledge of operational management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with camp management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
