📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the design and implementation of training programs and development initiatives.,Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and objectives.,Develop and deliver training materials, including workshops, seminars, and online courses.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Provide guidance and support to employees on career development and growth opportunities.,Collaborate with the Learning and Development Manager to ensure the successful execution of projects.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Assist in the administration of learning and development activities, including budget management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.,Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
