📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Monitor and track accounts receivable to ensure accurate and timely collections
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure prompt payment and resolve any payment disputes
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to maintain strong client relationships and drive collections efforts
- Prepare and analyze collection reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Leverage CRM software to manage and track client interactions and payment statuses
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulations to ensure compliance and optimize collections processes
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and address any concerns or issues promptly
- Achieve and exceed collection targets to contribute to the overall financial performance of the company
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
