📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Analyze and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement.
• Leverage data analytics tools such as SAP and Tableau to drive decision-making and process optimization.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and share insights with the team to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and development.
• Work closely with the management team to develop and implement business strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of optimizing supply chain efficiency and driving operational excellence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data analytics tools such as SAP and Tableau.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a commitment to fostering a culture of learning and development.
