In your daily role, you'll be preparing and serving coffee beverages, managing the kitchen operations, and ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service. • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks, using high-quality coffee beans and equipment.
• Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items, ensuring they are presented to the highest standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following all health and safety guidelines.
• Stock and manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting guests and addressing their needs with a smile.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
• Follow all health and safety protocols, including proper handling of food and cleaning procedures.
• Assist in training and mentoring new team members to ensure consistent quality of service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a coffee shop or restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment, including espresso machines and grinders.
• Experience with food preparation and cooking techniques, including knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions and guidelines.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, including food and equipment.
