📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs.,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and handouts.,Conduct training sessions and provide feedback to participants.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Maintain records of training activities and participant progress.,Assist in the planning and execution of team-building activities.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure training programs align with company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with training software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
