📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the daily operations of the dental clinic, including scheduling appointments, managing staff, and ensuring that all patients receive high-quality care.,Oversee the inventory of dental supplies and equipment, ensuring that they are well-stocked and properly maintained.,Coordinate with dental professionals to ensure that all treatments are carried out according to the highest standards of care.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues in a timely manner.,Monitor the clinic's financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the clinic is a safe and welcoming environment for patients and staff.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the clinic's overall performance and customer satisfaction.,Attend and participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure that all team members are up-to-date on the latest practices and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the dental or healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of dental terminology, equipment, and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both patients and staff.,Proficient in using computer software, including accounting and scheduling programs.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the dental industry.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
