📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sous Chef in preparing and cooking daily meals according to the restaurant's menu.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.,Assist in inventory management and ordering of ingredients.,Support the kitchen team in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance cooking skills.,Assist in special event preparations and catering services when required.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Provide excellent customer service by assisting with food preparation and serving.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Sous Chef or similar role in a restaurant or culinary setting.,Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and methods.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines.,Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluent in Indonesian, with English being an added advantage.
