📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of proposals, reports, and other relevant documents to clients.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.,Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates to the Key Account Manager.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and account information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.,Strong understanding of the diamond and jewelry industry is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
