📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit assigned customers to collect payments and resolve payment issues.
• Use Salesforce and SAP to manage customer data and track collections.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure timely loan repayments.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.
• Submit regular reports on collections and customer interactions.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve collection skills.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures related to collections and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in collections or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful collections and customer satisfaction.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and SAP is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
