📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and track accounts receivable to ensure accurate and timely collections
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure prompt payment and resolve any payment disputes
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to maintain strong client relationships and drive collections efforts
• Prepare and analyze collection reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Leverage CRM software to manage and track client interactions and payment statuses
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulations to ensure compliance and optimize collections processes
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and address any concerns or issues promptly

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
