As a Building Maintenance Staff, you will be responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance tasks, conducting inspections, and ensuring that all facilities are in optimal condition. You will work closely with our team to address any issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of facilities.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues promptly.
• Ensure that all facilities are clean, safe, and in optimal condition.
• Work closely with the team to address any maintenance issues and ensure minimal downtime.
• Maintain and update maintenance records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
• Assist in the planning and execution of maintenance schedules.
• Provide support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in building maintenance or a related field.
• Knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment, including but not limited to, hand tools, power tools, and specialized machinery.
• Familiarity with maintenance software and systems, such as SAP or similar.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
