📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
- Manage and train store staff to ensure high standards of performance and customer satisfaction.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales performance.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Familiarity with retail software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
